The Newman Center Catholic Campus Ministry, a ministry of the Diocese of El Paso and student organization at the University of Texas at El Paso, is now known as the San Romero University Ministry Student Center.

The 13th Annual Foundation of Faith Dinner: When We Sing, We Pray Twice with singer songwriter Matt Maher would not be possible without the generosity of our event sponsors. Proceeds from this event support the work of the Foundation in sustaining the long-term needs of the ministries, parishes and schools of our diocese.

An anonymous donor established a Named Fund in memory of Fr. Rick Matty† with a gift of $10,000 in honor of his May 6 heavenly birthday. Fr. Matty was a beloved priest who came to El Paso in 1986. He passed away suddenly on July 16, 2012.
