There is a quiet traditional beauty in the story of our Church—a beauty that is written not only in stained-glass windows and ancient hymns, but in the hearts of those who give. Generosity is not measured only in dollars and cents, but in the love, sacrifice, and faith that move a person to say “yes” wholeheartedly to God’s call.
For the 15 ministries across our Diocese, the Progress Annual Ministry Appeal is more than a fundraiser; it is the heartbeat that sustains our shared mission. Each year, we see God’s hand at work through generous souls who continue to give, some for 5 years, others for 10, 15, 20, and even 25+ years. Their steadfast dedication is a living testimony of beautiful trust, heartfelt love, and unwavering faith in action. These donors are not just contributors—they are co-builders of the Kingdom of God, ensuring that the light of Christ continues to shine in every corner of our Diocese.
Because of their faithful support, seminarians are answering God’s call to priesthood, deacons are being formed to serve, and lay leaders are prepared to teach and guide. Families in need find comfort, the vulnerable receive care, and disciples are nurtured through ministries like the Tepeyac Institute, Catholic schools, and social outreach programs. Every gift, no matter the size, becomes part of a greater miracle—transforming lives today and planting seeds of faith for tomorrow.
Through the Annual Appeal, we are not merely raising funds; we are igniting a flame—a flame that will illuminate the path toward a kingdom built on unwavering faith and divine purpose. That flame burns in every prayer whispered by a seminarian, every act of service by a deacon, every smile of a child learning about Jesus, and every moment of mercy offered to someone in need.
We are beyond blessed. Blessed by the ministries the Annual Appeal sustains. Blessed by the donors whose hearts remain open year after year. Blessed by the countless prayers that strengthen this shared mission. And most of all, blessed by the God who calls us to Build His Kingdom, Together. And so, we say with grateful hearts: “Jesus, I trust in You.” For it is through this trust that we ensure the continued nourishment of our faith—not just for today, but for generations yet to come.
